The Project (as defined below) is a for-profit corporation proceeding to the private sale of GERIE TOKEN (as defined below) for the purpose of financing its business activity. The Project is not a bank, a security firm, an asset manager, a portfolio manager or an investment advisor. The Project is not a financial institution or a financial service provider.

The Ecosystem Operator (as defined below) is not liable for any possible misinterpretation of the Terms & Conditions (as defined below).

The Visitor understands that the Ecosystem Operator allows Users to access Programs (as defined below) through a Wallet (as defined below) interfaced with the Website (as defined below), which is operated by Program Gateway(s) (as described below) directly through the Website. Within the scope of the Programs, the Ecosystem Operator acts solely as a technology provider as third parties operate the Program Gateways. The Ecosystem operator has no control over and shall not be responsible for the Program Gateway(s), the Wallet and/or the Programs. Sending crypto-assets to the Programs in order to generate is at your sole risk and under your sole liability.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Blockchain technology and crypto-assets carry significant risks, including the possible loss of all value allocated in crypto-assets. Such risks arise from the novelty of this technology, the regulatory uncertainty, the possibility of hacking, the high volatility and the information asymmetry characterising the crypto market. Visitors should not purchase crypto-assets with funds they cannot afford to lose. Furthermore, the Visitor is strongly encouraged to seek financial and legal advice regarding the use of crypto-assets and the use of our services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

1. By signing up to use an Account through any of the Gerie Finance Clients’ social websites made available through the Gerie Finance Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms set forth in this Agreement or any subsequent modification to the Agreement, you may not access or use any of the Gerie Finance Services and must cancel your Gerie Finance Account immediately.

2.We may amend or modify this Agreement by posting such amended or modified Agreement (“Revised Agreement”) on the Gerie Finance Platform or by notifying you about the changes via email. By continuing to access or use the Gerie Finance Services once the Revised Agreement is effective, you agree to be bound by its terms.

3.To be eligible to use the Gerie Finance Services, you must be at least 17 years old (or the applicable age of majority and contractual capacity in each qualifying jurisdiction). By accessing or using the Gerie Finance Services you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older.

4.Gerie Finance disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the service which is provided to you "as is" and we provide you with no warranty or representation whatsoever regarding its quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy.

5.The term "Gerie Finance", its domain names and any other trademarks, or service marks used by Gerie Finance as part of the Service (the "Trademarks"), are solely owned by Gerie Finance. In addition, all content on the website, including, but not limited to, the images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, and text (the "Site Content") belongs to Gerie Finance and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property or other rights. You hereby acknowledge that by using the Service, you obtain no rights in the Site Content and/or the Trademarks, or any part thereof. Under no circumstances may you use the Site Content and/or the Trade Marks without Gerie Finance prior written consent. Additionally, you agree not to do anything that will harm or potentially harm the rights, including the intellectual property rights of Gerie Finance.

TERM OF SERVICES

These Gerie Finance Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gerie Finance website available at Gerie finance.com, including any of its subdomains (the “Website”), associated Smart-Contracts implemented on the blockchain network, as defined below, and any functionality and services provided via the Website (hereinafter collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, connecting your Digital Wallet (as defined below) to the Platform, or by hitting the button “I accept” or respective check box in connection with or relating to these Terms, you (“you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, accept without modifications and agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference, which form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

If you do not accept or agree to these Terms, you are not allowed to access or use the Platform, and must immediately discontinue any use thereof. If you are acting for or on behalf of an entity, you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with us on such entity’s behalf, and you accept these Terms both on behalf of such entity and on your own behalf.
